Batch processing of CNC MACHINING PARTS
The batch processing of CNC machining parts can actually be divided into small batch processing and large batch processing, and the processes used for processing quantities of different scales are also inconsistent.
For small batch processing, CNC machining processes such as lathes, milling machines, planers and grinders will be selected directly according to the design characteristics of the parts themselves. The simple process is blanking-programming-upper machining-lower machine drilling / tapping / grinding, etc.-post-processing . Selecting CNC machining in small batches has greater efficiency and delivery advantages, and can respond quickly.
For high-volume parts processing, rapid molds, injection molding, die-casting molds, cold stamping molds and hardware molds may be selected, but it is also necessary to decide which mold to choose according to the material and performance of the part itself. The advantage of mold opening is large quantity and obvious price advantage.
However, it is difficult for most parts processing factories to define which quantity segment belongs to small batch processing or large batch processing, and in many cases, customers will finally determine which processing technology to use based on the cost.
