CNC MACHINING:
CNC is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool. It is an automatic machine tool controlled by program. The control system can logically process the program with control code or other symbolic instructions, and decode it by installing UG, PM and other software on the computer, so as to enable the machine tool to perform the specified action and process to cut solid plastic and metal blocks into final parts.

CNC Machining for Stainless Steel Parts

CNC Machining for Brass Parts
Brass is a weather and corrosion resistant metal with tensile strength similar to mild steel. It's also an easy to machine material, so feedrates can remain high and coolant need is minimal.
We carry two grades of brass for CNC machining:
Brass C260 cartridge brass contains 70 percent copper and 30 percent zinc. It's considered the most general purpose of all brass alloys.
Brass C360 remains the industry standard for general machining and high volume production. The excellent machinability characteristic of C360 permits full utilization of a screw machine’s capabilities.

Delrin is a high performance, crystalline plastic with properties that make it a suitable replacement for metal in some cases. It's primary benefits include:
